🎯 Job Summary :
We are seeking a high-performing Assistant Manager to lead outbound sales efforts for loan products including personal loans, home loans, auto loans, and credit lines. The ideal candidate will manage a team of sales executives, drive lead conversion, and ensure compliance with banking standards while delivering exceptional customer experience.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives focused on loan product acquisition.
- Drive daily sales targets and conversion ratios through effective team coaching and performance monitoring.
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns to promote loan offerings to prospective and existing customers.
- Monitor call quality, lead pipeline, and closure rates; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with credit, documentation, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and turnaround.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (RBI, KYC, AML) and internal compliance standards.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Conduct regular training and upskilling sessions for the sales team.
- Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Any field.5 years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or assistant manager role.Strong understanding of retail loan products and banking sales processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.💻 Preferred Skills :
Experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial BPOs.Exposure to digital lending platforms and fintech ecosystems.Certification in financial sales or banking operations is a plus.Multilingual capabilities (regional languages) are an advantage.🚀 What We Offer :
