Job Title : IT Recruiter – Contracting & Staffing

Location : Bangalore

About the Role :

We are looking for smart and dynamic IT Recruiters with experience in contracting and staffing, who can drive end-to-end recruitment processes for top IT skills such as Java, Python, and other technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle full-cycle IT recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates

Work extensively on contractual and permanent staffing requirements

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

Assess technical skills (Java, Python, etc.) and cultural fit of candidates

Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with candidates

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Requirements :

Proven experience in IT recruitment , with a focus on contracting & staffing

Strong understanding of technical requirements (Java, Python, etc.)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Based in Bangalore (or open to relocate)
