Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Daily tasks include creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and developing recruiting strategies. Additionally, the recruiter will be involved in employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment reports, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, including candidate sourcing and screening
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment regulations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective Recruiting Strategies
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
