Position Summary :
As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring we meet our hiring needs across various functions. You will play a key role in the full-cycle recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to understand the business needs, develop a recruitment strategy, and identify, assess, and onboard high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level, specialized, and high-priority roles across various business units.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
- Utilize a range of sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify top talent.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure their skills, qualifications, and culture fit align with the companys needs.
- Provide a high-touch, consultative candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage negotiations and extend offers to selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new tools or technologies related to recruiting.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior recruiting or leadership role.Proven experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple levels and functions.Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and tools, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience recruiting for niche or specialized roles.Experience in a high-growth or fast-changing company.Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategiesSkills Required
