We seek an experienced and proactive Sr. Lead Recruiter for Talent Acquisition team to lead our sales hiring and lateral hiring. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environment of EdTech, understands the nuances of bulk sales hiring, and has a passion for building strong and diverse teams.
Senior Lead Recruiter - Leadership hiring. (IC role)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, employee
referrals, etc.)
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and drive workforce planninginitiatives
Optimize the hiring funnel to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate qualityExpertise in Leadership hiringEnsure a top-notch candidate experience aligned with our employer brandTrack recruitment metrics and generate insightful hiring reports for leadershipStay current on market trends and talent availability within the EdTech industryPurely responsible for niche hiring processDesired Qualifications :
