The role
The Candidate will be responsible for acquiring new Global Accounts in India. It would be a mix of local acquisition as well as activating new Global wins / gaining share in A / D accounts.
Key responsibilities will include the following :
- Proactive solutions selling while delivering on aggressive sales targets
- Deliver excellent CX
- Execute the overall go to market strategy providing thought leadership and managing relationships with key executives
- Utilize a structured and repeatable business process to enable strategic and accurate pipeline management.
- Collaborate across Lenovo's fast paced and highly matrixed organization
- Indirectly manage other sales and support professionals
Requirements :
7+ years proven track record in strategic selling to Large Enterprise or Global Accounts in a high tech industry required.Server & PC industry experiencePossesses C-level executive relationships within an accountExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to manage multiple complex sales engagementsCuriosity about the changing technology industryStrong financial, operational and business development acumenLocated in the NYC / NJ area and ability to travel to all customer meetings up to 50% when appropriateSkills Required
