Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Pune. The Relationship Manager will oversee fostering and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, stakeholders, and clients in the agricultural sector. Key responsibilities include advising farmers on crop cultivation best practices, facilitating the adoption of sustainable solutions, managing operational workflows, and tracking key performance metrics. The role entails regular field visits, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and identifying opportunities for market expansion and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Relationship Management, Communication, and developing trust-based partnerships with farmers and stakeholders.
• Strong Agricultural Knowledge, including crop cultivation methods, experience with fertilizers and pesticides, and a focus on sustainable practices.
• Analytical and Organizational Skills, with the ability to monitor operations, track progress, and streamline field processes effectively.
• Experience in Client Management, Market Expansion, and identifying growth opportunities in the agriculture or relevant industry.
• Knowledge of the banana export industry or related markets is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to travel for field visits as needed.
