Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include handling client queries, providing end-to-end service, and working closely with clients to develop and execute business plans. The role also involves portfolio management, ensuring quality and sustained returns for clients.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management and Client Handling skills
• Experience in Portfolio Management and Business Development
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Micro Finance, Micro Loans, Micro Insurance, and Affordable Home Loans
• Proficiency in Technology-Driven Business Processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
