Who are we looking for?
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales / Pre-Sales in EdTech
Proven experience of 3+ years in managing & heading Sales / Pre-Sales teams
People with a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines
A sales mindset to effectively communicate NxtWave’s offerings to prospective learners and achieve revenue targets
Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
Passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times
Highly dedicated individuals with strong determination and work ethic
Empathetic individuals with patience and strong people skills
Sales experience in the EdTech domain is an additional advantage

You can manage a team of Business Development Managers who in turn lead Business Development Associates guiding students in their career decisions

Roles & Responsibilities :
Directly responsible for the performance & growth of 5+ Manager-level & 50+ Associate-level Pre-Sales executives
Lead teams of Business Development Managers & Associates to achieve sales-qualified leads targets
Continuously monitor and train the team to improve performance and qualification rate
Counsel learning prospects, offer career advice, and explain how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their careers
Take ownership of the entire Pre-Sales lifecycle for your team : outbound calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management
Ensure outcomes with optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Maintain a detailed database of all lead interactions and provide constant feedback on lead quality
Drive weekly and monthly sales-qualified lead targets
Analyze and share active feedback on customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the marketing team
Handle escalations and improve customer experience
Make propositions, assign sales targets, and designate job responsibilities to team members
Respond promptly to crucial issues and recommend solutions
