Prerequisites :
- Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field. MBA / PGDM is preferred.
- Experience : 8-12 years of experience in Print Media advertising sales, media sales, or corporate sales from a News Publishing Industry.
- Skills & Competencies :
- Strong network with media agencies, brands, and direct advertisers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools and digital ad platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
