Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate Billing

Will be responsible for executing accurate and timely billing activities within the Invoice-to-Cash process ensuring compliance with company policies client contracts and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare review and issue accurate invoices to customers in accordance with contractual terms.

Ensure billing data is accurately entered into the accounting system.

Verify customer information purchase orders and contract details prior to billing.

Coordinate with sales customer service and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.

Maintain and update billing records and documentation.

Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing.

Ensure compliance with company policies accounting standards and legal regulations.

Support process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce Finance Accounting or related field

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

02 years of experience in finance billing or accounts receivable processes (Invoice-to-Cash preferred).

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar) is an advantage.
