INTERVIEW DETAILS :

Time : 10 AM to 12 : 30 PM (Entry Time)

Job Summary :

Role : SME Google Workspace(Billing)

Experience : 2 year to 8 years

Job Location : Chennai

Eligibility :

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar / PAN
Candidates to have registered EPs
It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities :

Excellent Comm skill (verbal / Written)

Good Typing Speed (Preferably 30 to 50 WPM))

Exp 2 - 8 years of experience in Google Workspace (GWS) Billing or extensive experience working in GWS environment & understanding of associated billing

Knowledge on any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc

Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred

Step 6 : You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.
