E-commerce Specialist (2–5 Years Experience)
We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online business across marketplaces and brand.com. The role involves day-to-day marketplace operations, listing optimization, sales analysis, and coordination with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.
Drive sales growth through promotions, ads, and visibility optimization.
Handle product listings, catalog updates, SEO, and A+ content.
Monitor inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.
Optimize marketplace ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.) for better ROAS / ACOS.
Track KPIs and prepare weekly / monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, creative, and marketplace teams.
Requirements :
2–5 years of hands-on marketplace management experience.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Understanding of e-commerce KPIs, algorithms, and ads.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Experience with D2C platforms (Shopify / WooCommerce) is a plus.
