Job Summary :
You will join the dynamic D2C 1P team, which contributes to 30% of the D2C business and is growing rapidly at 50% year-over-year. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, ideating, and executing offline growth initiatives and engagement activities on the ground to drive product growth. Your work will blend growth strategies, below-the-line (BTL) marketing, and engagement initiatives aimed at increasing cross-sell opportunities at our Cult centers. Additionally, you will identify and establish strategic partnerships to boost B2B sales and enhance on-ground product engagement, contributing to overall business expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Ideating and executing engagement and sales plan in Cult centres
2. Cracking strategic B2B partnership for D2C growth with offline partners
3. Experimentation, tracking and scaling new ideas for BTL
4. Programme management with multiple stakeholders for planning and execution
5. Budget and ROI management
Key Competencies :
1. 3-5 years work ex, preferable in offline growth and marketing roles
2. KAM experience would also be valued
3. Strong programme management skills
4. Strong experiementation and scale up rigour
