Asst. / Dy. Manager - Project Management

As an Assistant / Deputy Manager - Project Management at Sansera Engineering, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing various projects to ensure successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing project deliverables, coordinating project teams, and ensuring that projects are completed within time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Execution :
• Create comprehensive project plans by determining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget requirements.
• Assign tasks to project team members and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Team Coordination and Leadership :
• Supervise and guide project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination among team members.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development.
• Encourage a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management :
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Identify and address stakeholder needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing accurate project status updates and addressing any issues or queries.
• Quality Assurance and Risk Management :
