Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Team Coordination and Leadership :
• Supervise and guide project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination among team members.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development.

• Stakeholder Management :
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.

• Quality Assurance and Risk Management :
• Ensure all project activities conform to established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
• Monitor project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to avoid potential setbacks.
• Conduct quality control audits to verify project deliverables meet the required specifications.
• Implement best practices and lessons learned from past projects to continuously improve project management processes.
