Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager- Zero-Based Review (ZBR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Zero-Based Review (ZBR) , process reengineering , and cost reduction strategies , with a strong track record of driving efficiency analysis , operational assessments , and performance improvement initiatives. The candidate will support clients in strategic evaluation projects with a focus on cost take-out and enterprise value optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support Zero-Based Reviews (ZBR) to assess baseline operations and develop cost-optimization roadmaps
• Conduct process reviews and spearhead process reengineering initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance throughput
• Perform comprehensive efficiency analysis to identify improvement areas across operations, finance, supply chain, and shared services
• Drive operational assessments to benchmark performance and prioritize transformation initiatives
• Deliver actionable performance improvement recommendations with measurable KPIs and ROI
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed changes and support strategic decision-making
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies including workforce, procurement, and footprint optimization
• Design and execute cost take-out programs aligned with clients' strategic goals
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders, from functional leads to C-suite executives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with client teams and internal specialists to ensure successful delivery of projects
