Manager, Clinical Resource Delivery

Overview :

Rose International is seeking a strategic and experienced Manager, Clinical Resource Delivery to lead the development and implementation of compliant clinical staffing processes, including credentialing, licensing, and certification. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and regulatory alignment across healthcare staffing initiatives.

In addition to process leadership, the Manager will drive recruitment efforts to attract and engage top clinical talent—such as nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals—by crafting effective sourcing strategies and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Process Development & Monitoring

• Design, implement, and continuously improve clinical staffing workflows, including credentialing and onboarding procedures. Monitor process effectiveness and ensure alignment with industry standards and internal goals.

Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
