Voice Process Executive

Description

We are looking for freshers / entry-level candidates for the position of Voice Process Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions via voice calls, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers with their inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions in the company's CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.

Skills and Qualifications

Require strong communication skills and willingness to work in a professional customer support environment.

Eligibility :  Graduate Freshers OR HSC with minimum 1 year of work experience in BPO

Salary (In-hand) :  ₹17,000 – ₹21,000
