Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring excellent communication, providing top-notch customer service, handling receptionist duties, and supporting sales efforts. The role involves daily interaction with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills and ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Experience in Sales and supporting sales initiatives
• Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Previous experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
