Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
- Strong Experience multiple account management on Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Google Mail Suite.
- Strong experience in Windows and, Clustering, Hyper-V, Azure Hybrid Infrastructure
- Strong experience in High Availability, Multisite clustering, Microsoft Exchange Clustering.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft federation Service Implementation and Integration with 3rd party Application
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS
- Strong knowledge of Troubleshooting Hybrid Active Directory Infrastructure
- Strong Knowledge of SCCM, SCOM and WSUS Services.
- Strong experience with Veritas Clustering for Windows
- Strong knowledge of managing File Server, Storage Server and CA Server (Certificate Authority Servers)
- Strong Understanding of Storge and Network to target any issues end to end.
