Job Summary :
As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of unified communication solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of communication systems. Your expertise in Microsoft Teams Audio / Video Conferencing and Cisco Unified Communication Manager will be crucial in driving successful outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and deployment of unified communication solutions to enhance organizational communication capabilities.
- Oversee the integration of Microsoft Teams and Cisco Unified Communication Manager to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Provide technical expertise in Audio / Video Conferencing to optimize meeting experiences for users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Cisco IP Telephony solutions effectively.
- Manage the configuration and maintenance of Unified Communication systems including Avaya and Cisco platforms.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of communication systems through regular monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement best practices for unified communication to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure service continuity.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of communication tools and features.
- Evaluate emerging technologies in unified communication to recommend enhancements and upgrades.
- Support the IT team in maintaining a secure and compliant communication infrastructure.
- Document technical procedures and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical support during rotational shifts to address any communication-related issues promptly.
Qualifications :
Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and its integration with other communication platforms.Demonstrate expertise in Audio / Video Conferencing technologies and their application in a corporate environment.Have hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager and Cisco IP Telephony solutions.Familiarity with Unified Communication systems including Avaya is highly desirable.Exhibit proficiency in basic IP Telephony concepts and their implementation.Ability to work effectively in a rotational shift environment to provide continuous support.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex communication issues.Certifications Required :
