experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

to join our growing

pharma & healthcare sales team . In this role, you’ll drive

revenue growth , lead and support a team of

Medical Representatives (MRs) , and build strong, long-term partnerships with

doctors, hospitals, and distributors . If you’re passionate about helping healthcare products reach the right people and improving patient outcomes, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement

sales strategies

to achieve growth and market share goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate

a team of Medical Representatives to deliver top performance.

Build and maintain strong

relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors .

Track and analyze

market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance

to identify opportunities.

Ensure

regulatory compliance and ethical standards

are followed in all sales activities.

What We’re Looking For

10-15 years

of proven sales experience in

pharmaceuticals or healthcare.

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

skills.

A strong

network within the pharma and healthcare market .

Strategic mindset with the ability to coach and inspire sales teams.
