Product Manager – Trade Generics
to drive growth, visibility, and market share across our generics portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor activity to derive actionable insights.
Plan and execute trade-focused marketing campaigns, schemes, and collateral.
Collaborate with Sales Officers and distributors to enhance SKU performance and channel engagement.
Support new product development and pipeline strategy in coordination with R&D and regulatory teams.
Conduct field visits to capture market feedback, competitor insights, and campaign effectiveness.
Performance Goals :
Achieve minimum QME of ₹2 Cr / month per SKU and maintain top 10 category positions.
Support SO productivity and market expansion in trade channels.
Drive market share growth in target therapy segments.
Requirements :
B.Pharm / B.Sc. + MBA (Marketing preferred)
4–7 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with 2+ years in trade generics or generics pharma
Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills with channel marketing experience
