About the Role :
We are seeking a results-oriented and strategically focused Marketing Manager to drive our brand presence and demand generation efforts specifically within the US Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) market.
This role requires deep expertise in B2B marketing, a nuanced understanding of the financial services industry, and a proven track record of developing integrated campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline in the US.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns specifically targeting senior decision-makers (CXOs, VPs) within the US BFSI sector.
- Segment Focus : Define core target client segments, understanding their regulatory, technology, and business challenges (e.g., core banking modernization, risk and compliance, wealth management digitization).
- Goal Setting : Set clear marketing goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budget allocations, ensuring strong alignment with US sales quotas and revenue objectives.
- Competitive Analysis : Conduct continuous analysis of competitor marketing strategies and positioning within the US BFSI space to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Content Leadership : Drive the creation of high-value, BFSI-focused content, including white papers, case studies, webinars, research reports, and solution briefs that address US industry pain points.
- Campaign Execution : Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Account-Based Marketing, email, paid media, social media, industry events) to generate and nurture marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for the US sales team.
- Digital Marketing : Lead B2B digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO) for US financial topics, and targeted paid advertising on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Webinars & Events : Manage and execute virtual and in-person events, roundtables, and industry conference participation specifically targeting the US BFSI audience.
- Sales Partnership : Work directly with the US sales team to provide necessary marketing collateral, pitch decks, and sales tools tailored to specific client conversations and deal stages.
- CRM / Reporting : Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (Marketo / Pardot) to track lead progression, measure campaign effectiveness, and report on the ROI of all US marketing spend.
- Budget Management : Manage the US marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal spending across various channels to maximize impact and lead volume.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
