Role Overview

We are looking for a

Technical Specialist – Mastercam Software

to strengthen our technical team. The role will focus on providing product demonstrations, training, customer support, and technical expertise exclusively for

Mastercam

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations on

Mastercam .

Deliver

training programs

for clients and academic institutions.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.

Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving Mastercam-related issues.

Stay updated with the latest developments in Mastercam software.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in

Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering

(or equivalent).

Hands-on experience in

CNC programming

and

Mastercam software

(essential).

Strong understanding of machining processes (Milling, Turning, Toolpaths).

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for teaching, training, and continuous learning.
