Job description
  • Role : Application Support Engineer focusing on deployment, cloud, and CI / CD.
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Deployment : Plan and execute application deployments following change management standards.
  • Incident Management, RCA, monitoring, and ensuring system stability in cloud-based systems (GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for 24 / 7 support.
  • Qualifications :
  • 5+ years in production support with focus on cloud systems.
  • Knowledge of incident management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Apache, IIS, SQL databases, and scripting (Python, Shell).
  • Desired : CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub), JIRA, Confluence, PagerDuty.
