Key Operations Lead Position

Are you a motivated and experienced leader looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Key Operations Lead to join our team, responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.

• Lead and manage a team of operations professionals in delivering day-to-day Support, DevOps, and System Monitoring services for Openlink Endur / Findur implementations.
• Oversee incident management, system health checks, and performance tuning to ensure uninterrupted client operations.
• Collaborate with global teams and clients to align operational strategies with business goals and Service Level Agreements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues, optimizing workflows, and implementing automation where feasible.
• Ensure robust documentation practices, including Standard Operating Procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Support pre-sales and Request for Proposal processes by contributing to solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Mentor and develop team members through structured training, performance reviews, and career development plans.
• Manage resource planning, hiring, and talent pipeline development to support current and future project needs.
