Job Summary
This role is pivotal in managing the success of regional teams across multiple geographies, driving culture and strategy.
The Program Manager will work closely with regional leaders to ensure strategic alignment with corporate strategies and report directly to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Align regional initiatives with overarching corporate strategies.
- Manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability across regions.
- Facilitate meaningful dialogue across cultures and geographies.
