Compensation Package
Base Salary : INR 6,40,000 - 7,80,000 per annum
Commission Structure :
6-9% of revenue generatedUncapped earning potentialMonthly Sales Target : USD 13,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE) : INR 18,90,000 - 20,30,000 per annum

Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the North American and European markets, managing the end-to-end sales process and forging long-term partnerships to drive company revenue. This individual will drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management, whilst ensuring exceptional customer experience at our industry events.
Important : This role requires working on European and US business hours to effectively engage with our target markets.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, qualify and close high-value opportunities across North American and European target marketsManage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing dealsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referralsCollaborate with delegate sales, marketing and operations teams to tailor offerings to client needsAchieve or exceed monthly sales target of USD 13,000 and quarterly / annual revenue goalsRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetingsCustomer Relationship Management
Maintain comprehensive CRM records of all customer interactions to ensure accurate tracking of client engagement and sales pipeline progressionProvide regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts and performance to managementEnsure data integrity and consistency across all customer recordsEvent Management & Customer Success
Travel to company events to ensure allocated customers receive exceptional service and experience maximum satisfactionActively engage with clients during events to secure repeat business commitmentsSupport the event operations team before and during each event, including pre-event client liaison and on-site coordination.Career Progression Opportunities

Essential Requirements :
3-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in events, media or professional servicesDemonstrated experience selling to North American or European markets (mandatory)Experience in high-value B2B sales and long-cycle deal closuresAbility and willingness to work European and US business hoursStrong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approachSelf-motivated with ability to work independently, take ownership and drive results in a fast-pacedenvironment
Preferred Qualifications :
