Sales Service Engineer [Urgent Search]

Qualification :

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).
• Atleast 1 – 5 years’ Experience in the sales and service industries for products like Mechanical Seals, Pumps, AMKR, or any other rotating equipment.
• Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
• Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Responsibilities :

1.

Business development and brand promotion.

2.

Regular visits to industries, with a willingness to travel locally using their own vehicle.

3.

Customer onboarding and vendor registration activity.

4.

Sales and service reporting, installation and maintenance of Mechanical Seals.

5.

Market research and product feedback, providing on-site support and generate spare parts business.
