We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Service Engineer who can generate business opportunities and provide technical support for industrial automation products and solutions. This dual-role position involves both customer acquisition and post-sales technical service, ensuring end-to-end client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for automation products and turnkey solutions.
- Understand customer applications and propose suitable automation solutions, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Servo systems, industrial communication, and control panels tailored to their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical / commercial proposals and presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with the design and estimation team to prepare BOQs and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Service
Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation systems.Provide technical support to customers remotely or at site.Ensure timely resolution of service-related issues; escalate complex problems when required.Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.Prepare service reports and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.Requirements
Experience : 2–5 years in sales and / or service within the automation or industrial machinery sector.Technical Skills :Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Servo drives, and industrial communication protocols.Hands-on experience in automation system installation and troubleshooting.Education : Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel for client visits and service calls.Skills : automation,sales,communication,business opportunities,scada,servo,troubleshooting
