Process Associate- Voice

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate- Voice, located in Ahmedabad. The Process Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as interacting with customers via voice calls, providing excellent customer service, analyzing customer needs, and resolving issues. They will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction, adhering to predefined processes, and working collaboratively with team members and supervisors. The role requires a proactive approach to managing queries and ensuring efficient business operations.
