Responsibilities :
- Respond to queries from potential and queries / escalations existing learners through calls and chats received on the toll-free number + chatbot (available 7 days a week)
- Provide timely information about programs, schedules, pricing and other important program details
- Generate leads from calls and chats received via the toll-free number + chatbot and share filtered leads immediately with the sales team for follow-up and conversion
- Verify access to the program and grant if not granted. Provide a walkthrough of the learning platform to ensure smooth navigation and usage
- Policy guidelines to prevent future escalations
- Important deadlines and support contact points
- Identify and flag potential issues early to reduce escalations, particularly after cohort launch
- Share onboarding details and important information with learners via email
