Join our team as a Deal Origination Specialist
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will drive deal origination, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships within the private equity ecosystem. This is a relationship-led, intelligence-driven role that blends market research, networking, and consultative selling to convert high-value relationships into M&A advisory and transformation mandates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Originate & qualify opportunities with PE firms, portfolio companies, and corporates across priority sectors.
- Build and manage a pipeline of buy-side, sell-side, and transformation mandates.
- Develop trusted relationships with Managing Partners, Operating Partners, Investment Directors, and CXOs.
- Partner with consulting teams to convert qualified leads into signed engagements.
- Conduct sector / company research to support targeting, diligence, and proposals.
- Track KPIs and continuously improve outreach and conversion strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, or Management, or related fields.Three years Experience in business development, consulting, investment banking, or PE / M&A.Outstanding communication, analysis, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.Comfortable collaborating across U.S. time zones with senior executives.Benefits :
