We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to lead and support our IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of desktop systems, networks, and applications while also leading initiatives to improve IT processes and security standards.

What you will do :
- Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide advanced desktop support (Windows, macOS, Linux) and troubleshoot escalated issues.
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus, patching, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Lead IT support team and coordinate with vendors for procurement, upgrades, and repairs.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory, O365, and other enterprise systems.
- Plan and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices for data security and compliance.
- Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migration, and network improvements.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, licenses, configurations, and processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.8+ years of experience in IT support / desktop engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial capacity.Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and cloud services (Azure / AWS preferred).Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V) is a plus.Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.Strong leadership and vendor management experience.Benefits
