Job descriptionConsultation : Assess client needs, recommend suitable health insurance plans, and explain coverage options. Policy Management : Process new applications, renewals, and cancellations, and handle client inquiries. Customer Education : Provide information about policies, terms, and conditions, and assist with the claims process. Claim Review : Review and process insurance claims efficiently, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. Client Communication : Communicate with clients to resolve inquiries and provide guidance on claims status and benefits.
Salary
Between 13k-16k in-hand and other perks
Shift Duration
10 am to 7 pm (rotation week-off)
