Your key responsibilities
- Need to work as a Technical Manager to contribute to various technical streams of implementation project.
- Provide product and design level technical best practices
- Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
- Support business development activities through both leading pursuits and developing strong relationships with existing clients
- Specialization in a specific sector / domain will be an added advantage
- Contribute in development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise
- Be a part of case teams to provide solutions to unstructured problems

BE / BTech / MCA / MBA with adequate industry experienceShould be at least around 8-11 years of experience in Data Management.Must have completed at least 3 end to end MDM implementations using Informatica MDM .Must have completed at least 1 end to end IDMC implementationStrong on SQL and experience in Informatica MDM and IDMC configurations.Experience in other MDM tools like Reltio, Stibo etc is good to have.Strong SQL skillsDevelops components of data architecture, composed of models, policies, rules or standards that govern which data is collected and how it is stored, arranged, integrated and put to use in data systems, including the design, build and management of data infrastructure to address business requirements.Capabilities to develop solutions that define the master data (internal glossary of key data items), the reference data (external glossary of standard data items and values) and meta data (the data that describes the data set).Must have the technical acumen on different MDM tools and have a clear understanding of Pros and Cons of leading MDM toolsExpertise in IDMC configurations and domains.Experience with MDM hub configurations, Data modelling & Data Mappings, Data validation, standardization, cleansing Match and Merge rules, Active VOS, SIF Framework and MDM User Exits and Workflows.Well versed with best practices driven design and match rule tuning.Define and drive integration strategies and methods.Should have understanding and experience of software development best practicesExcellent business communication, Consulting, Quality process skillsUnderstand and assess the Source to target map documents and provide the recommendations if anyUnderstand the source & downstream requirements before working on enhancementsCode, test, implement and maintain medium to highly complex MDM code and scripts to build and maintain automated processesIdeally, you’ll also have
Project management skillsStakeholder management skills.Familiar with Agile project delivery.Java / J2EE experienceExposure to cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS is preferred.What we look for
