Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage daily online business operations, including maintaining product listings, managing online sales, and optimizing e-commerce platforms. The role involves analyzing sales data, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the online shopping experience. The specialist will also handle communication with customers and resolve any issues related to e-commerce transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and trends
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and Sales techniques
• Relevant experience in online retail and knowledge of e-commerce best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Delhi, India

CTC : 2.5 Lacs to 8 Lacs
