KBR is looking for Quality Inspector who shall work with Business, Project, Procurement and Engineering Disciplines to provide inputs on quality aspects of static equipments, such as pressure vessels and heat exchangers for process plants.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Manage Interface with various disciplines and provide inputs on quality, welding and NDE aspects for process equipment.
• Review of technical offers from bidder to ensure compliance related to quality, welding and NDE aspects.
• Perform / lead supplier evaluation process and provide recommendations based on the audits.
• Conduct Pre-inspection meeting at supplier place and KOMs.
• Review quality documents like ITP, Weld book, PWHT, NDE, procedures and final documentation.
• Perform / lead inspection at supplier's place as per ITP.
• Handle TPI inspector assignment for projects. Review and release TPI inspector reports to project team.
• Develop CTQ (Critical to Quality checklist) for process equipment's based on project specifications and past learnings.
• Manage interface with suppliers and clients on quality, welding and NDE aspects.
• Develop work processes / tools for smooth and efficient execution of quality management.
