Job description

Title : Quality Analyst

Experience Required : 4-5 Years

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting process audits, analyzing quality metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall process efficiency and compliance.

Key & Quality Monitoring

  • Calculate audit sample size based on predefined methodology and business requirements.
  • Execute process audits as per the defined audit plan and schedule.
  • Document audit observations in the audit tracking file with accuracy and clarity.
  • Generate comprehensive audit reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze root causes and trends of errors and quality scores.
  • Share detailed observations and insights with the QMS Consultant and Operations team.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.

    • Feedback & Communication

  • Provide constructive feedback to users based on audit findings.
  • Document feedback via email or audit sheets as per process requirements.
  • Conduct feedback sessions to promote quality awareness in collaboration with the QMS Consultant.

    • Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Identify and suggest process improvements based on audit outcomes.
  • Ensure calibration between operations and audit teams to maintain consistency in process understanding.
  • Actively participate in process-related trainings and daily team meetings to stay updated on process changes.

    • Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in any discipline.
  • Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in process audits and quality analysis in a BPO / KPO or similar environment.
