Job description

Job Title : Tele-Sales Senior Executive

Industry : Real Estate (HSR Layout)

Location : Bangalore

Salary Range : 20,000 - 40,000 Plus Incentives (Dependent on Experience)

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Overview :

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Tele-caller Sales Executives / Senior Executives in the real estate industry. The ideal candidates will have a background in inside sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. This role involves office-based work and extensive calling to potential clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate industry.
  • Explain the features and benefits of our real estate properties to potential customers.
  • Provide information about current market trends, pricing, and financing options.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in tele calling and customer relationship management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
