Job description1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or pre-sales roles. Strong understanding of B2C sales cycles Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM). About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Specialist with an inside sales background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition from lead qualification to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead requirements and the funnel.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to create relevant sales collaterals, decks, and demos.
- Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, proposals, and interactions in CRM systems.
