Job descriptionMinimum 4 years of experience, with at least 2 in working capital / lending sales Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Understanding of banking products, risk, and compliance MBA preferred with exposure to retail distribution channels
Role Responsibilities :
- Acquire new-to-bank clients for working capital and lending products
- Drive disbursal targets and manage overdue accounts
- Build relationships with internal channels for lead generation
- Cross-sell Trade and Forex solutions to enhance portfolio
