Description
This is an organizational leadership role to head the EU ESMA account management team, which contributes significantly to the overall business. Key responsibilities include :
Business Management : Manage a large existing seller base through a team of Account Managers, enabling them to grow their Amazon business by adopting various modules and levers. Own end-to-end business planning and drive leadership alignment.
Stakeholder Management : Engage regularly with stakeholders across various levels to co-own goals, track progress, resolve conflicts, and align on strategic decisions.
People Management : Lead a sizable organization, with a team of direct reports, responsible for career advancement, performance management, team structure, and culture.
Thought Leadership : Partner with peers and teams to own key initiatives for the broader organization's development.

Own key business metrics such as revenue, productivity, seller engagement, and expansion opportunities
Drive end-to-end business planning and leadership alignment
Stakeholder Management
Engage regularly with stakeholders across various levels, including senior leaders, to co-own goals, track progress, resolve conflicts, and align on strategic decisions
Collaborate with internal teams like Legal, Finance, and Operations to achieve business objectives
People Management
Lead a sizable organization, with a team of direct reports
Responsible for career advancement, performance management, team structure, and culture development
Thought Leadership
Partner with peers and teams to own key initiatives for the broader organization's development
Contribute as a thought leader to drive organizational growth and innovation
Factors That Make This Role Complex
Requirement to have a deep understanding of various Amazon business verticals and their interdependencies
Need to comprehend seller business models and market dynamics to drive effective decision-making
Responsibility to manage and influence senior stakeholders across regions, aligning conflicting priorities and driving alignment on strategic initiatives
Basic Qualifications
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers - Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders -
Experience managing large multilayered teams, mentoring , performance management
