Job Title : Entry-Level US IT Technical Recruiter

Job Summary :

Talent Bull is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level US IT Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about technology and people to launch their career in recruitment. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical talent across various domains to support our hiring needs. You will learn the full recruitment lifecycle, develop strong sourcing and communication skills, and contribute directly to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities :

Define technical hiring needs by collaborating directly with recruiters and hiring teams.

Build evergreen talent pipelines via referrals & internet sourcing

Engage passive candidates through advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques and alternative sourcing methods.

Maintain a centralized vendor management system.

Track and report on all pipeline activity consistently.

Suggest and implement creative solutions to enhance pipeline effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in any field; a strong interest in technology is highly desirable.

6 months to 1.5 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management.

Understanding and command of US tax terms relevant to contract and permanent roles, including C2C, W2, and 1099.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus.

Location : Initial Work from Home / Noida (on-site)

Shift Timings : Currently 8 : 30 PM to 5 : 30 AM IST (Night Shift) 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM PST
