    About the Role :

    We are seeking experienced and results-driven Recruiters with 3+ years of proven expertise in hiring for both technical and sales roles. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in identifying top talent for a growing organization.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and craft accurate, engaging job descriptions.
  • Source top talent using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with role requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle -from sourcing through offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated with hiring trends , tools, and strategies, especially in the tech and sales domains.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments , working closely with internal teams to schedule and facilitate the process.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical and sales positions .
  • Solid understanding of various sourcing strategies and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
