About the Role :
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Recruiters with 3+ years of proven expertise in hiring for both technical and sales roles. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in identifying top talent for a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and craft accurate, engaging job descriptions.Source top talent using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with role requirements.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle -from sourcing through offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Stay updated with hiring trends , tools, and strategies, especially in the tech and sales domains.Coordinate interviews and assessments , working closely with internal teams to schedule and facilitate the process.Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical and sales positions .Solid understanding of various sourcing strategies and platforms.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office or Google Workspace tools.What We Offer :
