Key Responsibilities :
A) Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
B) Scheduling & Coordination
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange conference rooms.Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and expense reports.Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.C) Communication & Support
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.Liaise between departments to ensure smooth information flow.D) Record Keeping & Compliance
Maintain employee records, attendance logs, and leave trackers.Assist with basic HR functions such as onboarding documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.Qualifications : Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldExperience
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant roleSkills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilities
