Role Purpose
The role is responsible for managing Service Delivery for various AI & conversational channels such as GENAI, Live Chat, WhatsApp, etc. The Role is responsible for managing service levels including uptime, incident management, release management, compliance, BCP and DR practices for SBI Card customer & employee facing AI & conversational channels.
Role Accountability
Lead end-to-end service delivery operations for GenAI, LiveChat, and WhatsApp systems.Ensure platform uptime, high availability, incident response, and compliance adherence.Oversee release management, monitoring setup, and real-time alerting for critical AI channels.Manage disaster recovery strategy, including failover planning and DR drills.Maintain operational resilience of intranet and AI platforms using DR / backup environments.Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to ensure readiness of recovery setups.Ensure documentation, tracking, and continuous improvement of service delivery practices.Ensure AI Governance in new releases & related operations.Measures of Success
