Job description
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and teams
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently
  • Prepare and draft professional communications in English (both written and verbal)
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate office activities and handle correspondence promptly
  • Assist in organizing events, travel arrangements, and other logistics as needed
  • Handle routine office tasks and ensure smooth office functioning
  • Support HR-related activities if required
  • Candidate Profile :

    • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, is essential
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Freshers with relevant qualifications and skills are encouraged to apply
    • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and professionalism
    • Skills Required
